About the role

  • Senior EVM Cost Analyst ensuring cost, schedule, and performance integrity on aerospace projects. Lead reviews and manage metrics in a hybrid role based in Richardson, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CAM reviews (metric, staffing, timephasing, etc)
  • Update, at least monthly, performance metrics and utilize validity checks to verify data
  • Craft clear and concise variance explanations
  • Reconcile EV data with accounting book of record
  • Change management – disposition baseline change requests and update contract log
  • Track incremental funding and advise contract manager
  • Prepare quarterly EAC presentations and annual comprehensive EAC presentations
  • Participate in earned value surveillance internally and externally
  • Determine rate change impacts and effect on gross margin

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior program finance, cost analysis, or EVM roles supporting large defense or aerospace programs or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in related field
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Strong understanding of EVMS principles, FAR/DFARS requirements, and EIA-748 guidelines
  • Proven ability to generate accurate sales and financial forecasts
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
