Detail-oriented finance role in FP&A and Accounts Payable at AccuSourceHR. Assisting with budgeting, reporting, vendor management, and financial tools like QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and financial reports
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
Support creation of financial dashboards and models
Collaborate across departments to gather data and support operational planning
Assist in preparing materials for internal and external financial presentations
Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements using Bill.com
Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely payments in QuickBooks Online
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors
Assist with month-end AP close, including accruals and reporting
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policy for procurement and disbursements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
One (1) year experience working in a private equity sponsored organization (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas) and familiarity with financial modeling.
Prior experience in both FP&A and AP functions.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Bill.com.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to present data and insights clearly to CFO/CEO.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Resourceful and proactive in identifying and solving problems with a focus on continuous improvement.
Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and corporate finance.
