About the role
- Analista de Controle Financeiro for Banco Digio coordinate financial reconciliation and process improvements. Collaborating with partner teams for efficient operations in a digital banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Financial reconciliation of remittance files for agreements (INSS, SIAPE, FGTS and other public agreements), as well as reconciliation of payment settlements for installments, cancellations and reversals;
- Financial reconciliation for the Portability process and payment disallowances/adjustments;
- Financial reconciliation of invoices from endorsing entities for payment;
- Collaboration with partner teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all areas of the bank;
- Identifying improvements in controls and processes, aiming for greater efficiency and automation.
Requirements
- Experience with the 'Função' system
- Academic background: Administration, Economics, Mathematics or related fields;
- Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
