Responsibilities
Execute and monitor the processing of receipts, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
Validate tax documents and bank receipts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Manage collections workflows, delinquency, and advances.
Support month-end closing and the preparation of financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date controls of balances and transactions.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability of transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Totvs or similar) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented and organized profile, with good communication skills and a strong sense of priorities.
