About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor the processing of receipts, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
  • Validate tax documents and bank receipts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage collections workflows, delinquency, and advances.
  • Support month-end closing and the preparation of financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date controls of balances and transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability of transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Totvs or similar) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and organized profile, with good communication skills and a strong sense of priorities.
