Responsibilities
Manage a team of AR/Collections professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback
Set priorities, monitor workloads, and ensure timely follow‑up across assigned portfolios
Establish consistent standards for collection activity, documentation, and client communication
Review aging regularly and drive actions to reduce delinquency and mitigate risk
Ensure accurate documentation of collection activity, commitments, and next steps
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business
Prior people‑management experience
5 + years of relevant experience in a B2B environment
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Advanced level of English
Ability to proactively identify complex problems and develop effective solutions or recommendations
Strong organizational skills
Strong understanding of AR aging, collections strategy, dispute management, and cash application concepts
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle) and AR reporting tools
