Responsibilities
Managing pharmacy pricing to meet contractual guarantees.
Reviewing pharmacy contracts and ensuring that all guarantees are accounted for.
Tracking, managing and reporting of pharmacy guarantee performance.
Recommend system’s adjustments for proper alignment to provider’s contractual guarantees
Monitor and optimize Provider Guarantee's database
Cross Functional support of internal business partners through ad hoc projects.
Lead analyses of claim data related to the assessment of strategic corporate initiatives and projects.
Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in business, accounting, mathematics, statistics or finance)
3 – 5 years of business experience in analysis, modeling, pricing &/or data management.
Experience with all MS Office applications
Experience of data warehouse and/coding preferred (Visual Basic, Python, C++, SQL, R, Teradata)
Thorough knowledge of PBM business model.
Analytical, highly organized, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Excellent Communication skills, oral and written.
