Responsibilities
Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to find potential beauty salons through various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google)
Build relationships: Persuade prospects with strong communication skills on the phone and during in-person visits — your charm opens doors!
Product champion: Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace so that the benefits are clear for each salon
Deal closer: Lead negotiations confidently to a successful contract signing and celebrate each win
Structured approach: Accurately document your activities in Salesforce and keep your pipeline under constant review
Target-oriented: Acquire at least 10 new salon partners per month and maximize your commission
Requirements
Strong communicator: You enjoy direct customer contact and convince through your conversation and negotiation skills
Cold-calling pro: When others hesitate, you thrive — cold calls are your thing!
Team player with self-drive: Reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Personal qualities: Courage, a sense of humor, respect, personal accountability and a touch of charm
Language skills: Fluent German — additional languages are a plus!
