Responsibilities
Meet with existing Quartzy customers at their labs in the Boston Metro Area to grow e-commerce adoption.
Use Salesforce/Looker data to identify expansion opportunities.
Build trust with scientists, lab managers, and finance teams and position Quartzy as the best, most cost-effective choice.
Introduce labs to new product categories and promotions.
Partner with marketing and CS on software adoption campaigns.
Work with Pricing team to set prices based on insights gained from engaging with customers.
Track buying patterns and share insights with product/ops to sharpen positioning.
Requirements
3+ years of life-sciences sales experience (field preferred).
Proven track record of meeting/overachieving revenue expansion quotas.
Strong communicator, comfortable managing a high volume of accounts in-person and virtually.
CRM and pipeline discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
Based in the Boston Metro Area with ability to travel daily across territory.
