- Address performance or personnel issues within the contracted staff
- Manage client expectations and deliverables
- Initiate process improvement initiatives
- Provide eDiscovery subject matter expertise
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Top Secret Clearance Required
- Proficiency in eDiscovery tools
- Strong understanding of legal documentation processes
- Experience in managing a diverse team and client expectations
