About the role
- Hospital Portfolio Director responsible for US marketing strategies for Pfizer’s Heparin products. Driving revenue growth and managing a $200M portfolio within the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute US go-to-market strategies and tactical plans for Pfizer’s Heparin, Ansyr & Premix generic injectables portfolio
- Drive revenue/margin growth for the business
- Develop pricing strategies, long-range plan, and operating plan
- Engage leadership regarding strategic issues, options and recommendations
- Single point of accountability for the portfolio for Customer Facing Colleagues
- Lead proactive Field Sales and cross functional partners to enhance business performance
- Identify relevant insights and integrate them into molecule plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and/or relevant experience
- Market Access experience, contracting with GPOs and IDNs, working with Trade (wholesalers and distributors)
- Financial acumen, which may include Pricing analysis and determination particularly with GPOs, Forecasting and/or Operating plan/latest estimate experience
- US experience
- MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience or PhD or JD with 5+ years of experience (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with pharmaceutical products in hospital, alternate site, and/or IDN or acute care center environment
- Business case development and product/portfolio valuation experience
- P&L responsibility
