Responsibilities
Architect and document future-state GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
Identify friction points and inefficiencies in current-state processes and design solutions
Collaborate with Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and other business process owners
Partner with GTM leaders to ensure process designs reflect operational realities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
Substantial / 8+ years in process design, business architecture, or operations roles, ideally within GTM or CRO environments
Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting platforms, and enterprise systems
Familiarity with process modelling tools and frameworks (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma)
