Requirements

- Substantial / 8+ years in process design, business architecture, or operations roles, ideally within GTM or CRO environments
- Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting platforms, and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with process modelling tools and frameworks (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma)
