About the role
- Digital Project Coordinator needed for SharePoint platform revamp at Puig. Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to align on priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
- Support technical and UX discussions to help shape and refine solutions.
- Identify and address blockers, ensuring smooth progress across project phases.
- Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, maintaining transparency and alignment.
- Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Promote continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and usability.
- Share knowledge and insights within the team to support learning and collaboration.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience coordinating or managing digital projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Experience working closely with development teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- Project Management certification (Agile, PMP, Scrum) is a plus
- Experience coordinating digital or tech projects (UX/UI, e-commerce, system implementation) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana
- Ability to track milestones, risks, and KPIs through Excel or Power BI
- Strong interpersonal skills to align developers, designers, and business stakeholders
