Responsibilities
Lead in delivering targets on engagement, acquisition and usage across transactions and service for Emirati Customers.
Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies across paid channels such as PPC (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), programmatic, and display.
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, launching, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize customer acquisition while maintaining CPA and ROAS targets.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Prepare regular reports and present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing digital acquisition campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Proven track record of driving acquisition at scale with a focus on ROI.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
