Responsibilities
Responds to 25 or more account inquiries per hour
Assists with the completion of the lost stolen report, such as block and transfer of compromised accounts
Builds credit card replacement orders and completes shipping materials
Builds knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 6 months high volume call center (onsite or remote) experience from within the last 18 months
Must complete a background check including criminal check, drug screen, credit check, and verification of education and past employment
Must be flexible and open to a work schedule that includes working weekends
Must have a minimum 50mbs download speed and 15 mbps upload speed via ethernet cable connection
