Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, claims handling, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swedish (additional language skills in German or French are a plus)
A passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy
Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems and a good eye for detail
This position requires you to be located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Practical experience as a veterinary nurse in the field of small animal medicine as well as a completed veterinary medicine degree are a plus.
