Responsibilities
Building trusting relationships with patients, understanding their needs and circumstances
Communicating with patients via telephone, email and text.
Increasing revenue for your territory through effective territory planning

Maintain accurate and compliant records of all customer interactions
Achieve individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction, conversion, and revenue targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
A natural ability to show empathy and sensitivity, particularly when speaking with vulnerable individuals.
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Confident using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
