Responsibilities
Work with a team to successfully meet department phone Key Performance Indicators
Process claims for policyholders, claimants and others over the phone
Assist with processing claims that are received over the internet/mail
Participate in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities
Requirements
Customer service experience
Strong punctuality and dependability
Solid oral and written communication skills
Preferred Proficiency in Spanish
Effective listening skills in addition to the ability to concisely summarize information provided by our customers are essential
Proficient computer skills
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
