Responsibilities
Manage and optimize compensation programs to ensure fairness, transparency, and market competitiveness.
Execute compensation campaigns, oversee commission programs, and support job postings.
Maintain and update compensation policies and procedures.
Lead annual and ad hoc compensation campaigns, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
Document compensation-related employee actions in accordance with internal protocols and audit requirements.
Ensure commission payments are accurate and aligned with established policies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and pay structures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with compensation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of state and federal compensation laws and regulations.
Experience or interest in total rewards and benefits strategy is a plus.
Strong documentation and written communication skills, especially in preparing employee compensation letters and maintaining accurate records.
