Responsibilities
Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities.
Provide dedicated support from key departments.
Stay focused on key objectives.
Offer a level of service, expertise, and knowledge that surpasses client expectations.
Requirements
3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment.
Evening availability for Board meetings.
Ability to travel to and from properties for in-person meetings when needed.
Keen knowledge of budgets and budgeting process.
Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
