Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring we not only meet their needs but consistently exceed expectations.
Develop account strategies, manage the renewal and bid process.
Work cross-functionally with colleagues in product, operations, finance, and legal to deliver tailored solutions.
Spot opportunities to expand partnerships and drive commercial growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner.
Develop account plans that drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring we meet revenue targets.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to align client activity with Hawk-Eye’s wider commercial strategy.
Lead on renewal bids and RFP responses, preparing proposals, pricing models, and presentations.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the sports technology or related industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with the sports industry, especially football, is a plus.
