Responsibilities
First point of contact for prospective customers, opening the door to new business opportunities
Handle incoming leads, analyze needs and qualify prospects
Reach out to potential customers via phone, email and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn)
Schedule meetings with the account team
Conduct independent research on target accounts and decision-making structures
Identify cross- and upselling opportunities and nurture prospects until they are sales-ready
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide campaign feedback and market insights
Requirements
Enjoy communicating with potential customers and prospects; personable and persuasive
Structured and methodical, even when managing a high volume of contacts
Motivated to learn modern sales methods (e.g., social selling, BANT)
Solid technical understanding or the motivation to acquire one
Goal-oriented, persistent, and enjoy engaging and winning people over
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), sales automation tools, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Some experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
