Requirements
- Completed banking training or several years of experience in the financial industry
- Ideally experience in back-office roles (e.g., credit operations, trading, or IT)
- Alternatively, experience as a client advisor in corporate or retail banking
- Persuasiveness, plus the ability to integrate into teams and handle conflicts constructively
- Interest in financial markets and financial market products
