About the role
- Atlassian Consultant assisting with Jira solutions in a hybrid IT environment. Engaging in continuous development and enhancement of customer-specific systems.
Responsibilities
- Support in the deployment and extension of new Jira solutions for enterprise clients
- Continuous functional and technical enhancement of existing customer solutions and knowledge transfer of the methods developed
- Technical and functional assessments as well as the development of conceptual designs
- Participation in managing the further development of customer-specific products
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- Project experience is an advantage
- Affinity for web technologies, the social web, and collaborative communication and working principles
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Friendly and confident demeanor when dealing with customers
- Ability to deliver projects on schedule
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products, or comparable software, is an advantage
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is an advantage
