About the role

Responsibilities
- As an (experienced) consultant, you will independently develop innovative and future-proof strategies and concepts for optimally aligning and designing the production and value-creation network of our globally operating clients within a motivated team
- Together with our clients, you define the path to efficient and flexible value-creation structures and support top management in implementation
- You apply established methods and analyze the performance and effectiveness of our clients' current production strategy and production network
- Depending on your experience, you take on (partial) project responsibility and work as part of the innovation team
- As a member of the Operations Competence Center, you continuously develop our consulting methods and tools and share your best-practice approaches
Requirements
- Several years of consulting experience in production (e.g., cost reduction or efficiency improvement programs, design of production systems and production strategies, etc.) and/or in a related strategic or operational line function within an industrial company
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration
- Strong analytical skills and an innovative, creative approach to problem solving
- Flexibility and mobility required for everyday consulting work
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
