Responsibilities
- You develop technically sound solutions from the initial concept through to detailed design — from production halls and central warehouses to administrative buildings
- You work interdisciplinarily with adjacent Competence Centers such as Production, Logistics & SCM
- You lead project teams with both technical/content-related and financial responsibility
- You take on project management for complex, exciting, and innovative industrial construction projects in service phases 1–4 according to HOAI
- You act as the central point of contact for the client
- You communicate reliably, precisely, and purposefully with internal and external stakeholders
- You actively contribute to the further development of our Competence Center Factory Planning
Requirements
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A successfully completed degree in a technical field, business administration, or architecture
- Ideally experience with Autodesk Revit
- Technical expertise and an understanding of functional interrelationships
- Knowledge of project control is an advantage
- You question assumptions, have strong analytical skills and an innovative, creative approach to problem solving
- You present a confident manner, entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of team- and customer-orientation with strong commitment and willingness to make an effort, as well as the flexibility and mobility required in consulting
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
