About the role

  • Consultant managing client software implementation projects in hybrid setup. Liaising between clients and development teams for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client projects from requirements analysis through successful go-live
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and the development team
  • Create technically precise PBIs and concept documents
  • Support existing customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Present modules and products and communicate opportunities to product management, Sales, or Marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in customer consulting, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
  • Enjoy structuring complex requirements and translating them into clear, understandable concepts
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and strong communication skills
  • Professional management of customer expectations
  • Fluent German, at least C1 level
