Responsibilities
Direct and lead the commercial strategy team to achieve targets and business growth.
Lead the sales strategy for an assigned territory while being responsible for meeting sales targets.
Manage the sales pipeline, increase market share and profitability.
Implement the strategic plan ensuring the budget execution regarding Sales, Profit Contribution, Overhead and EBIT.
Drive use of the CRM software, develop a pipeline of projects.
Promote use of S&OP processes to support demand planning requirements.
Recruit, hire and train new members of the sales staff.
Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining partnerships with key customers.
Requirements

You must have or be eligible to obtain top secret clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering preferred.
10 or more years of sales experience.
Experience with Microsoft BI or other enterprise data visualization tools.
Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM, ERP utilities.
