Training Administrator responsible for processing training requests and managing training records for Amey Defence Equipment. Ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements while liaising with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Process training requests as received, promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all external training (for customers) is quoted, approved and invoiced accurately.
Monitor internal (Amey Defence Equipment (ADE)) training records to prevent licenses and qualifications from expiring, in line with legal and business requirements.
Administration of Apprentices.
Maintain good working relationships with our external training providers.
Manage demands and process all demands promptly and accurately.
Verify quotes provided by the training providers.
Issue joining instructions to delegates.
Liaise with venues / customers and trainers to ensure the smooth running of each course.
Maintain accurate training records and issue Certificates for all delegates.
Collate and distribute monthly training data.
Manage the day-to-day administrative requirements of the technical team, including accommodation and travel arrangements.
Requirements
Significant experience with MS Office applications, Outlook, Calendar & Excel.
Strong experience in a customer facing role.
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
Previous experience organising training courses or events.
