Technical Records Administrator ensuring accuracy of aircraft continuing airworthiness records for Bristow Netherlands. Managing data discrepancies and validating records in MRO tracking system.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the aircraft continuing airworthiness record system
Validate input of aircraft continuing airworthiness data into the MRO tracking system (Ramco)
Scan, update and file original aircraft records
Ensure aircraft continuing airworthiness record system accuracy and completeness
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on record and data entry discrepancies
Validate aircraft maintenance records accuracy and completeness (component logcards, release certificates, workorders)
Validate aircraft technical logs accuracy and completeness
Validate aircraft utilisation data entry into MRO tracking system (flight hours/landings/starts) for accuracy and completeness
Correct errors and prepare notifications to personnel about errors
Daily collection and archiving of original aircraft continuing airworthiness records
Maintain Engine logbooks, aircraft log books and component log cards
Retrieve information about components (TSO/TSN/CSN) etc. to logistics dept, workshops, customers, TC holders
Update ERP System based on changes to the Maintenance Programs, component replacements, maintenance
Prepare internal/external monthly report of aircraft and engines utilisation and update of aircraft and engine log
Prepare monthly SPI/KPI reports
Support Bristow Netherlands CAMO department with airworthiness management tasks
Document and update Technical Records work procedures
Assist the CAMO department in preparation for audits
Requirements
Must be Self-Motivated/Self Starter
Organised and accurate approach to record keeping and document archiving
Ability to manage priorities and focus on key issues
Affinity with computer applications, ability to learn new systems and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably MRO systems (Ramco)
Good verbal and written skills in English (and preferably also Dutch)
Candidate shall have a secondary education (MBO) as a minimum
Previous technical admin, document control or technical records experience
Five years relevant work experience in an administrative role preferable from the aeronautical industry
