Responsibilities
Manage the US Accounts Payable ledger for the US and Canada businesses
Oversee the US Accounts Payable team to process and pay supplier invoices
Partner with business associates to resolve invoice discrepancies
Ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner
Approve and ensure the accuracy of vendor account setup and maintenance
Drive efficiency and productivity by assigning work based on metrics
Develop team members to assist OUP associates clearing invoices on hold
Research billing discrepancies in a timely manner
Requirements
7-10 years of Accounts Payable experience
3-5 years working in a management function
Excellent organizational, analytical, and workload management skills
Focus on accuracy and detail
Business partnering and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact professionally with vendors and associates
Experience using SAP preferred but not essential.
