Responsibilities
First point of contact for customers in the DACH region
Identify new target customers
Monitor market and competitor movements
Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with technical consultants and presales
Provide close customer support after contract signing (post-sales)
Support the expansion of existing customer projects and continuously develop the partnership
Contribute to the company’s strategic market positioning
Requirements
Several years of experience in technical sales of IT services
Business-fluent German (C1)
Confident English skills (B2)
Experience using CRM systems
Existing industry network or strong hunting skills are a plus
Excellent communication and project management skills
Interest in new technology solutions and in personal development and continuous learning
