Responsibilities
Provide critical support to customers through account management
Facilitate positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff
Act as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex property accounts
Manage the entire account-service process
Market to carriers
Prepare quotes and proposals
Prepare/present proposals to clients
Participate in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s)
Oversee the processing of enrollments/changes/terms
Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
Respond to/resolves escalated client issues
Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy
Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums
Maintain accurate and organized account files
Requirements
Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
Have at least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience
Managing the risks for construction clients
Are currently licensed in good standing
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
Demonstrated presentation skills
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
