Responsibilities
Identification and outreach to potential new customers in the safety glass segment
Building, maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
Preparation of quotes, cost calculations and conducting contract negotiations
Technical consultation on the properties and benefits of safety glass products
Development and implementation of sales strategies to open up new market segments
Support and advising of existing customers to realize cross-selling potential
Continuous analysis of market and competitive developments
Conducting expert product presentations and trainings
Coordination of customer projects
Representing the company at trade fairs, specialist events and industry conferences
Maintaining and expanding the professional network within the safety glass industry
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial, technical or skilled trades field
Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the technical or industrial sector
Experience in managing major accounts and acquiring new customers
Knowledge of project management
Solid knowledge in the area of safety glass or a related product field desirable
Technical understanding
Strong communication and negotiation skills
