Responsibilities
Management and strategic development of existing and new customers in the public sector and healthcare environment
Establish and maintain long-term relationships at decision-maker level
Identify and pursue business opportunities, manage proposal processes and contract negotiations
Position the relevant portfolio to sustainably support customer objectives
Analyze market and competitor situations, develop tailored customer strategies and actively leverage cross-selling potential
Collaborate with internal specialist units such as Consulting, Presales and Bid Management
Maintain sales activities in the CRM and provide regular forecast and pipeline reporting
Develop industry-specific solution scenarios in close coordination with customer business units — including areas outside IT
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Business, IT, Communications) and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in selling complex IT or communication systems
Experience in strategically managing and developing designated major accounts
Technical affinity and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into solutions
Customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset and confident demeanor
Strong communication and presentation skills and proven negotiation abilities
Native German speaker with good to very good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel within Germany and openness to hybrid working
