Responsibilities
Design and optimize B2B campaigns for maximum performance on LinkedIn, Google & Facebook
Plan, create and A/B test B2B social ads strategies
Develop the B2B division and the service portfolio
Monitor campaign performance and derive learnings from results
Own end-to-end project management and act as the primary client contact
Participate in internal and external initiatives such as workshops, process optimization and blog contributions
Requirements
Experience with social ads, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads
Professional experience across different companies with regular client-facing responsibilities
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive the right actions from data
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
