Responsibilities
Own the entire contingent workforce program, ensuring delivery across VMS, WFM, and LMS.
Define the target-state operating model for contingent labor, including onboarding, compliance, time capture, billing, and offboarding.
Drive vendor strategy and governance across staffing suppliers and VMS providers.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, HRIS, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.
Manage roadmap definition, execution cadence, risk, and executive reporting.
Ensure compliance, scalability, and cost transparency across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
Provide strategic guidance for integration and operational adoption.
Requirements
8+ years of program management experience with a focus on contingent workforce programs.
Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline).
Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and supplier management.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
