Clinical Training Manager developing and delivering training programs for field teams. Enhancing clinical knowledge and patient outcomes at a leading medical device company.
Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and continually improve field training for Clinical Specialists and Technical Specialists
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all clinical field training programs
Build and maintain core training content covering clinical knowledge, implantation workflow, device programming, and key data
Develop training tools and programs that support effective skill development and consistent field performance
Provide programmer training and education to support optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with Medical Education and subject matter experts to develop and deliver customer-facing education
Partner with Field Leadership to monitor new-hire progression and support certification decisions
Support new product launches, as needed
Assess training needs and implement targeted solutions that improve field capability
Maintain adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance expectations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with implantable medical devices required
Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred
Experience with sleep medicine a plus
2+ years of experience with developing and/or implementing clinical training programs or curriculum design strongly preferred
IBHRE a plus
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Proactive, resourceful, and accountable
Ability to travel (including overnight stays) up to 25-60% as needed
