About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee labor dispatch processes and coordinate with external agencies.
- Manage internship programs, including recruitment, placement, performance tracking, and conversion planning.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate employee survey activities, including preparation, communication, execution, data consolidation, and action tracking.

- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis.
- Support resolution of employee inquiries and ER cases with professionalism and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
- Experience working in multinational or large group organizations preferred.
- Knowledge of the China Labor Law and HR Management Policies.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
