About the role
- Project manager responsible for overseeing construction setups in renewable energy sector. Supporting clients with project planning and coordination with subcontractors across multiple German cities.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for project management of all site setup activities in the renewable energies sector
- Support our innovative clients in planning and commissioning their projects
- Monitor and control quality, costs and schedules
- Act as an interface coordinating internal specialist departments and subcontractors
- Cost control and invoicing in collaboration with the commercial department
- Responsible for change order management and the sale of additional services
- Primary contact person throughout the entire construction period
- Participation in construction meetings
- Market screening and project acquisition as well as development and expansion of innovative services
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the construction industry or a relevant trade
- Journeyman or master craftsman certificate (Gesellen- or Meisterbrief) or an equivalent qualification
- Career changers with technical aptitude are welcome
- Enjoys working in a team and consistently demonstrates an independent, solution-oriented working style
- Strong coordination skills and flexibility
- Interest in business development activities to establish Zeppelin Rental as a specialist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
