Responsibilities
Use data-driven insights to propel business forward
Work with stakeholders to unearth critical business questions
Influence development and design of programs
Ensure alignment with company objectives and market best practices
Craft and execute a strategy for delivering people insights, data modeling, and data governance
Shape team roadmap in alignment with People Team, Total Rewards and broader priorities
Facilitate meetings with leaders and stakeholders for projects
Build and maintain relationships with People Team COEs and key business stakeholders
Maintain insights delivery to the business and partner with leaders on advanced analytics and tools
Design, create and implement tools and frameworks for operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, or a related field OR equivalent experience
12+ years of professional working experience with at least 5 years focused on HR/People Analytics
Direct experience managing a globally distributed team
Deep understanding of HR practices and processes
Acute analytical skills with proficiency in data cleaning/manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis
Proficient with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, R, SQL
Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred)
Awareness of Governance, HR data privacy, and compliance requirements
