About the role
- Recruitment Specialist connecting teachers with job opportunities in UK schools through Zen Educate platform. Follow up on leads and build positive relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities
- Calling candidates (Teachers, Teaching Assistants and other roles) to engage with them the Zen educate platform and help them find work in UK schools as quickly as possible.
- Follow up inbound and outbound leads and drive urgency in finding work through Zen Educate while providing all necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
- Monitor job boards to engage and attract the highest quality candidates before any traditional, expensive recruitment agencies do.
- Interact with candidates in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great candidate experience
- Increase the number of talented candidates on our platform and help place them in roles by matching their skills to the schools’ requirements
- Work collaboratively across the business with the sales and technology teams to help improve efficiency in providing value to candidates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in education OR phone sales or recruitment experience
- Passion to pursue a career in sales
- Experience working in or with the UK education sector is helpful but not essential
