Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities
Manage and mentor sales team, including setting sales goals and providing training
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
Review and improve sales processes and policies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Understand and stay updated on company's products and services
Provide technical support and advice to sales team and customers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase company's products and services
Conduct market research and identify potential new products or services to meet customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure sales team meets or exceeds sales targets and objectives
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize sales operations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment and cooperation
Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on sales activities and results
Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices

Requirements
Bachelor’s in Science or related field
5+ years experience, with at least 2 years experience
8+ years’ sales or sales related experience
Knowledge of Municipal Wastewater, biological equipment and clarification equipment
Strong technical skills with proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM systems)
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
A strategic thinker with a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements.
Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals. Balance competing priorities and adapt as needed
End-to-End Project Management: Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of measurable results
