About the role

  • Account Manager at Xero responsible for managing relationships with Accounting and Bookkeeping firms. Focus on building and educating the Xero Partner channel with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • growing and managing Xero's relationships with valued Accounting and Bookkeeping firms
  • build, educate, and grow our Xero Partner channel
  • present at Sales events and keep knowledge of Xero features sharp
  • manage and prioritise new and existing Partners within the North West Sydney territory
  • identify opportunities to develop business plans for larger or longer term deals
  • increase certified Partners through targeted education and re-certification attendance
  • drive attendance to Xero Sales events and present updates on features and functionality

Requirements

  • proven track record in saas sales performance
  • genuine interest in the evolving online accounting market
  • ability to build quick and authentic rapport with partners over the phone
  • comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage daily workflow
  • high levels of self-motivation and a process-driven approach to meeting targets
