Responsibilities
Initial telephone contact with prospects and identification of potential customers and decision-makers
Maintaining contact with existing customers and coordinating follow-up calls and on-site appointments
Implementing marketing activities for planned events and managing them from invitations through post-event follow-up communications
Using social media, especially LinkedIn, to support these activities.
Requirements
Commercial vocational training or equivalent professional experience (career changers welcome)
Experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or dialogue marketing, ideally in an IT services environment
Proficient with MS Office applications and ideally experience with a CRM system such as HubSpot
Open, goal-oriented, and solution-focused communication
Enjoys teamwork and exchanging ideas
Independent and structured working style
Business-fluent German; English skills desirable
