About the role
- Senior Atlassian Consultant implementing various Atlassian tools for clients across different regions. Focusing on agile collaboration, ITSM, and project management solutions.
Responsibilities
- You support our clients in implementing Atlassian tools, designing Confluence intranets, and developing Jira workflows.
- You can support our clients in various areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM, service management, etc., depending on your strengths.
- You advise our clients on selecting and integrating suitable Atlassian products into their existing infrastructures.
- You analyze clients' requirements and business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Atlassian tools.
- You develop collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
- You design Jira workflows to digitize business processes.
- You lead projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend the functionality of Atlassian tools through apps and macros.
Requirements
- You hold a university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a related field and have relevant professional training.
- You have extensive hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
- You have successfully delivered projects for clients in German-speaking countries and are committed to understanding and continuously optimizing clients' processes and systems.
- You place a strong emphasis on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
- You value high quality, are dedicated and work independently.
- With strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach, you will be a valuable addition to our team.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
- You are interested in obtaining Atlassian certifications or already hold certifications that you would like to further develop with our support.
- You have extensive practical experience administering Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo.
- You have experience in independently managing projects and in project management within IT environments.
