About the role

  • Executive Assistant at Washington University assisting the Spencer T. and Ann W. Olin Distinguished Professor. Arranging schedules, travel, communications, and meeting logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, prepares and arranges schedules, travel, calendar events/meetings and agendas
  • Ensures all confidential administrative and correspondence files are maintained
  • Responds to inquiries using discretion and independent judgment
  • Prepares meeting agendas for internal and external communications
  • Carries out logistics for meetings and committees
  • Prepares presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • No specific work experience required
  • Skills: Microsoft Office, Typing, Word Processing
  • Providing Support To Executive Level Personnel (5 Years preferred)
