About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Junior Consultant you will support Modern Workplace projects for mid-sized and larger clients — from concept and design through to implementation.
- You won’t be thrown in at the deep end; you’ll receive structured onboarding and be gradually introduced to increasing responsibilities.
- Support for migrations to Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint environments
- Work on client and device management projects (e.g. Intune, Endpoint Manager)
- Support with patch management and security concepts
- Participate in design workshops and requirements analyses
- Assist with Office migrations and modernization projects
- Automate and optimize client processes (e.g. PowerShell)
Requirements
- IT vocational training, an IT-related degree, or initial practical experience in a project environment
- Interest in Microsoft infrastructures and Modern Workplace topics
- Initial exposure to Intune, MDM, Office 365, SCCM, client management, or security is a plus
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to progress technically at pace
- Independent, analytical working style
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel for projects within northern Germany (approx. 10–30%)
