Provide discipline support to the business.
Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promote to direct reports.
Provide discipline input to scope definition and execution.
Relevant experience in Static Equipment and/or Package Equipment management are preferred.
Ability to work on own initiative and highlight areas of production risk due to equipment vulnerability.
Supporting and supervising tasks delegated to direct reports.

Requirements
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Chartered Mechanical Engineer status
Experience of working on and leading Studies, FEED and EPC projects associated with O&G, refining, petrochemical and chemicals
Proven core Mechanical Engineering skills, including design experience
A self-motivated, proactive individual with high achievement drive and initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organisational awareness
Ability to impact and influence fellow workers
Demonstration of customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs whilst achieving project and corporate objectives
Display analytical and innovation skills to manage new technology
Demonstrate successful project delivery to take ownership of tasks and understand the impact on other deliverables and disciplines
