Responsibilities
Lead the technical execution of treatment plant and pump station work and provide technical leadership to our team to deliver successful projects.
Serve as the lead designer and/or design manager for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and hydraulic structures.
Deliver innovative solutions to complex water infrastructure challenges while coordinating with clients, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.
Perform quality assurance and control reviews
Establish and maintain client relationships, supporting marketing and pursuit efforts for treatment plant and pump station projects.
Manage scoping and budgeting tasks for water infrastructure initiatives.
Mentor junior engineers to strengthen the team’s capabilities in Texas.
Requirements
10 years of pump station design experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.
Texas PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
15+ years of experience. Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or an MBA.
Proven delivery track record for large and complex water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.
Familiarity with industry standards such as AWWA, TCEQ and Hydraulic Institute Standards.
