About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting customers on questions related to the software portfolio
- Develop tailored process and technical solutions together with customers

- Analyze existing business processes and design concepts to unlock optimization potential
- Conduct workshops to map and further develop processes

Requirements
- Commercial and/or technical training
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Ideally, experience in consulting, IT system setup, and software installation
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft operating systems is an advantage
- Certification as a DocuWare System Consultant (DSC) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is highly welcome but not a prerequisite
